Meet Billy

Hi, I’m Billy. I’m an author, speaker and entrepreneur. I am also a BOSS.

When I was only four years old, I went through my first goal setting program. It was in that program that I set my first goal: become a speaker just like my dad, Bill Moyer. By age seven, I spoke at my first event and haven’t stopped speaking yet.

I’ve spoken over 1200 times in my 24-year speaking career to businesses, universities, and corporations about leadership, organizational effectiveness, goal setting, and personal responsibility.

I am the Co-founder & President of SOS Leadership Institute and the co-author of four book.

I’m passionate about teaching leaders how to be the boss of their life by taking personal responsibility. You may have a boss, but you always should be the BOSS of your own life. I also enjoy helping organizations improve their results and work through difficult transitions.
